SPAAN Tech served as the construction manager for the improvements to the Illinois Tollway Central Administration’s Parking Lot located at 2700 Ogden Ave., Downers Grove in DuPage County.

The improvements to the parking lot included full-depth removal of the bituminous surface pavement and binder courses, curb removal and replacement, sidewalk lifting, shaping and compacting the existing aggregate base course and bituminous concrete binder and surface course construction, construction of storm sewer and adjustment to the existing storm manhole structure, re-striping parking spaces, and other miscellaneous improvements.
