SPAAN Tech provided phase II drainage, roadway lighting design services, and quality assurance and quality control services for the widening and reconstruction of two miles of the Tri-State Tollway I-294.

SPAAN Tech prepared all drainage construction documents including: drainage plans, drainage and ditch profiles, drainage removal plans, drainage details and drainage cross sections. The firm also developed supplemental project specifications, quantity and cost estimates, along with all supporting computer models, calculations, and exhibits.

In addition, SPAAN Tech prepared roadway lighting plans. The base roadway lighting plans included removal of existing lighting, temporary lighting, new interchange lighting at one location, and underpass lighting improvement at additional three locations.
